Detox Water Recipes

I don’t know about you but I love me some detox water. I’ve always loved drinking water it’s my favorite drink but I know that for some it might be hard to drink a certain amount daily. That’s why I feel like detox waters are great, not only are you getting your daily water intake (everyone should be drinking plenty of water throughout the day not only to keep hydrated but water is just overall amazing for your body) they give the water some good natural flavor. So I’m gonna share a few of my favorite water recipes.

Fresh Lemon and Cucumber Detox

  • 1 sliced lemon
  • 10-15 slices of cucumber
  • Ice
  • Water

Water-Melons Detox

  • 3-5 Watermelon slices
  • 3-5 Honeydew slices
  • 3-5 Cantaloupe slices
  • Ice
  • Water

Ruby lemon Detox

  • 3-5 grapefruit slices
  • 1 sliced lemon
  • Ice
  • Water

Mangolicious Detox

  • 3-5 grapefruit slices
  • 1 cup of mango chunks
  • Ice
  • Water

*Ingredient measurements may vary based on the size of your water bottle so make your best judgment on the amount that will fit in your bottle.

All you have to do is add all the ingredients to a bottle like this Fruit Infuser Water Bottle and let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour. The longer you let it sit the stronger the taste, I personally like letting it sit for about 4 hours when I’m in a hurry. Otherwise, I like to make it the night before.
