Today I decided to share a smoothie recipe with you guys.
My personal favorite protein shake would have to be the strawberry banana shake.
Not only does it have two of my favorite types of fruit, I also use this protein shake as a meal replacement in the morning. Although sometimes I will drink it again later on in the day depending on what I ate earlier.
What I like about this smoothie is that it gives you a good boost of energy to allow you to perform and stay alert throughout the day.
I am also going to add a few other strawberry flavored shakes to let you choose from different ones that you may like.
Below is the list of ingredients and where to buy them.
You can add more or less depending on your liking. It makes them taste better in my opinion.
- 4 scoops vanilla whey protein Click Here..
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
- 3 frozen strawberries
- 1-½ water or milk
- 10 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop protein Click Here..
- 1 handful ice (optional)
- 2 scoops of protein powder Click Here..
- 1 handful ice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 banana
- 2-3 frozen strawberries
These are just a few of the protein shakes that I enjoy drinking.
